Fourth Street Extension in Champaign

The Fourth Street Extension allows the continued expansion of the University of Illinois Research Park. Recently, Clark Dietz conducted a public study session on the extension, and I asked a few questions. I provided a few of the more important questions and their responses.

As Champaign moves forward with our Curtis Road Master Plan, Zoning issues had to be addressed to keep current. One of the changes that was made dealt with “Back-in Angled Parking” for the Curtis Road Interchange developments. It is a brand-new concept to me and one that makes me need to learn more so that I will be able to make better-informed decisions in the future of the developments. What do “you” think?
